Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies when checkout is open on Change Text in Image AI.

Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription so it does not renew. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Partial-period refunds are not guaranteed once the period has started.

Credit packs

Unused one-time credit packs may be eligible for a refund request within 7 days of purchase. Credits already consumed are not refundable.

How to request

Email [email protected] with your account email and order reference. While checkout is closed, no paid charges should occur.
